    1. Shipping Policy

PrimeTime Card Depot (“we,” “us,” or “our”) ships orders within the United States only.

    • We offer flat-rate shipping of $6.95 per order, regardless of quantity.
    • Orders are processed within one (1) to four (4) business days or longer if we are on vacation. After payment is successfully completed.
    • Allow for up to ten (10) business days for delivery.
    • Orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) with tracking provided.
    • Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier conditions, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
    • Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon delivery of the shipment to the carrier.
    • PrimeTime Card Depot is not responsible for delays, loss, or misdelivery once the package has been accepted by the carrier.
    • Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
    • Billing address and shipping address must be the same or PrimeTime Card Depot will not ship any item (s)
    1. Return & Refund Policy

Due to the collectible and speculative nature of trading cards and sealed products, all sales are final.

      • No returns, exchanges, or cancellations are accepted.
      • Returns will be considered only if the item received is materially different from the item described or damaged during shipment.
      • Any claim must be submitted within forty-eight (48) hours of confirmed delivery and must include clear photographic documentation of the item and original packaging.
      • Returned items must be in original, unaltered condition.
      • Opened sealed products, graded cards, and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.
      • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method following inspection.
      • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except where required by Ohio or federal law.

PrimeTime Card Depot reserves the right to deny any return request that does not comply with this policy.

    1. Payments Policy

Payment must be completed in full at the time of purchase.

      • We accept payment through secure third-party payment processors, including PayPal, Stripe, and Square.
      • Orders will not be processed or shipped until payment has been successfully authorized and completed.
      • PrimeTime Card Depot does not store, process, or retain full payment card information.
      • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to payment failure, suspected fraud, chargebacks, or processor restrictions.
      • Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
      • Applicable Ohio sales tax and shipping charges are calculated at checkout where required by law.

These policies and any disputes arising from the use of this website or the purchase of products shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located within the State of Ohio, and the customer consents to personal jurisdiction and venue in such courts.
